This post is all about self-care amazon finds to add to your daily routine.

Self-Care Amazon Finds to Upgrade Your Life

1. Ice Roller

Waking up with a puffy face? Grab this handy ice roller and run it over your face to reduce swelling - it even comes with a gua-sha to rub your face too!

2. Water Carafe

If you wake up with a dry mouth, a bedside water carafe is a must. Romanticize your morning and night routine with this adorable carafe - this one has detailing to make it feel a little more grand as it sits on your nightstand. The lid doubles as a cup!

3. Electric Razor

Bye-bye ingrown hairs! This electric razor has been worth every penny and more. You can get super expensive ones too, but if you're on a budget this checks all the boxes! I've had mine for months and its still running strong.

4. Slides

A little comfort never hurt anybody. These slides come in a bunch of cute colours, and you'll feel like you're walking on a cloud.

5. Dry Brush

Gone are the days of drying your skin out by exfoliating. The dry brush helps remove dead skin without completely drying it out (like what happens when you exfoliate in the shower).

6. Body Oil

I will never go back to body lotion. Ever. I said it.

Body oil has been an absolute game changer - I've repurchased this multiple times and don't see that changing any time soon. A little goes a long way with this, and it doesn't leave you with that sticky feel after putting it on!

7. Hair Drying Towel

I've heard its better to let your hair dry in the towel than to rub your head - I have no idea if that's true but I'm choosing to believe it. These microfibre towels will dry your hair and leave it healthy and sans breakage.

8. Scented Candle

Everyone loves a good scented candle. A nice smell sends you into another headspace! This one is Jasmine, Oud, and Sandalwood, how could you go wrong?

9. Teeth Whitening Gel

Nobody wants yellow teeth. This teeth whitening gel is great because instead of it being really strong and only on for a short time, it slowly whitens over the course of a few hours. Which basically means your teeth shouldn't get as sensitive, and you also wont't lose the whiteness as fast either! At least that's what my dentist tells me.

10. Yoga Mat

Daily stretching is supposed to be good for you. If you keep a mat rolled out on your floor throughout the day, odds are you're a lot more likely to do it than if you have to go get it out. This one is nice and thick so it'll be great for hardwood floors.

11. Water Bottle

I think it's on everyones list to try and drink more water. It's one of the easiest things you can do for self-care, and this cute bottle will help you do just that! It's super well insulated so your ice will be kept cold for hours (even though your water should be done by then - fyi).

12. Massage Gun

This massage gun is amazing. It feels like premium quality, without actually costing you 5 paycheques. It comes with seven different heads you can change between, so you can get every spot that's sore!

13. Weighted Blanket

Personally, I'm a big fan of hugs, and this blanket is basically just that. I feel like no more explanation is needed tbh.

14. Hot Water Bottle

Cramps? Sore back? This snazzy hot water bottle is the remedy. When I was a kid we would put them in our beds in the winter (Canada - brrrrr) to warm them up before jumping in. They're great because they're reusable and also have a soft sleeve to put it in to keep you cozy!

15. Five Minute Journal

If there's one thing I need more of, its intention. I feel like starting the day reflecting on what would make it successful, and what you're grateful for is just a great way to set the tone for the day. The 5 minute journal is a cult favourite, give it a try and see if it's that missing self-care piece.

16. Remedy Drinks Kombucha

When I say I am a kombucha convert - these drinks will make me go broke but I'm almost ok with it? They're so yummy - not too sweet, and good for your gut! You can get them in small packs of 4, but trust me, you'll want the 24.

17. Comfy Lounge Set

Anyone working from home, or just looking to lounge in style can appreciate this one. If SKIMS will break the bank, this set is cute and affordable - what's not to love?

18. Bodum Kettle

I recently came across this kettle and I love it so much. It makes the entire experience of your morning routine making tea/coffee so much better. The cork adds an earthy element, and its just so much classier than normal plug in kettles!

19. Lighter

You need a lighter to light those scented candles, and this one skips the flame, and lights it with electricity! No more running out of lighter fluid, or trying to light a candle with the flame going the wrong direction.

20. Face Wash Headband

A regular skin care routine is essential to self-care. I'm currently trying to look less like I took a shower after washing my face, and a towel headband does the trick! And plus, the bow is a cute touch.

21. 24k Gold Undereye Patch

Feeling under the weather? These under eye patches are just the pick-me-up you will need to feel. like a million bucks. There's a bunch to choose from, but these have so many positive reviews on amazon you can't go wrong.

22. Brooklinen Bedsheets

I've only recently realized how much I've been missing out on quality bed sheets my whole life. They are the most elite addition to your bedroom that you will literally never regret, another self-care essential.

23. Plush Robe

If you live in a colder climate, house coats like this are a godsend. They're so cozy! Especially if you work from home - elite wfh outfit if you ask me.

24. Eye Mask

Getting a good nights sleep is essential to a healthy life, and general wellbeing. A sleep mask will keep the sunlight out of your eyes, and let you get that beauty rest! The silk is great for not messing up your hair, and good for your skin too.

25. Aesop Hand Soap

I don't know if I've ever smelt anything so wonderful as this hand soap. If I could afford to have it everywhere, I would in a heartbeat. Treat yourself to this awe-inspiring hand soap and bask in the glow of your hands after.

26. Fuzzy Slippers

A hug for your feet? Say less. These fuzzy slippers are what cozy dreams are made of. They come in a bunch of different color options too, so you can find your favorite!

27. Scalp Massager

Who else loves going to the salon, if only to get your head rubbed? Why is it such a good feeling? Get it yourself by using this handy hair tool!

28. Ouai Leave-in Conditioner

I've been using this for about 6 months now, and it is great to add more moisture to your hair. Its a spray, but not aerosolized which I like since its so bad for the environment. Bonus - it smells great too!

29. Silk Scrunchie

I'm a big scrunchie girl, and the silk material is great for not getting your hair tangled. It nice and smooth to pull out too, so you don't yank any of those lovely locks out. Ouch!!

30. Vaseline Lip Balm

I quite literally swear by this cocoa butter Vaseline lip balm. It was out of stock in my local drug store for a few weeks and I resorted to buying a bunch of tins on amazon. Turns out it's a lot easier, and you can buy in bulk too!

31. Face Cold Pack

An alternative to the ice roller is the cold pack for your face. While it might look like a Halloween costume, the cool feeling on your skin is great for it and for you!

32. Cuticle Oil

I'm not a go-to-the-nail-salon-girly, as much as I'd love to be. It's expensive, and I find the entire experience uncomfortable. That said, I still take care of my nails, and cuticle oil is a great way to keep your nails in check!

33. Humidifier

Every single year, I stress about deciding whether I should get a humidifier to help with the extremely dry and harsh air in the house. I think this year might be the year I do it! This humidifier has tons of great reviews, and will keep your skin and plants extra happy.
